ABOUT THE OWNER
North Texas Aviation Group is a Veteran and minority owned dynamic consulting firm that provides highly qualified, experienced, knowledgeable, and results-oriented professionals that works in concert with your organizational team in order to maintain a company culture focused on the client.
Our President and primary Consultant, Mr Leonard Beale served 30 years in the U.S. Military in various leadership, operations management, strategic planning, logistics, and training positions having served state-side, overseas, and in combat zones. Mr Beale is a graduate of Lynn University with a MBA in Aviation Management and also a graduate of American Military University with a Batchelor's Degree in Transportation and Logistics Management. Mr Beale is also a licensed pilot and a member of the Civil Air Patrol where he holds the rank of Major. Mr Beale's other affiliations include the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) and National Business Aviation Association (NBAA)
